Name, email, phone and the message you send via our contact form or WhatsApp. We do not collect browsing data through analytics cookies without your consent.
Purpose
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you engage us, manage the working relationship. Your data is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability. You can exercise these rights through our contact form. If you feel your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the commercial relationship and during the statutory fiscal prescription period (6 years). After that, we delete it.
