Which plants do you recommend for saving water?

Of course. We coordinate with architects, interior designers and pool builders. We share compatible drawings (DWG/PDF), match the planting palette to the interior, and schedule with the build. No architect? We can take on the full project.

Question 6

What does the initial visit include?

Free and no-obligation. We visit the site, listen to your ideas and needs, photograph the plot, take basic measurements and discuss orientation and use. We leave with a clear brief. 2-3 weeks later you receive a written proposal with pricing.

Question 7

Can you maintain my garden while I'm not in Spain?

Yes. We work with key-holding or coordinated access through neighbours / concierge. We send a photo report after each visit by email or WhatsApp. If we spot an issue — broken irrigation, sick plant, storm damage — we let you know and propose a fix before acting.

Are you properly registered and insured?

Yes. Registered business with social security and public liability insurance. We issue VAT invoices. We ask for the client's NIF/CIF on larger projects that need fiscal documentation.

How does payment work?

Design projects: 40% on proposal acceptance, 60% on delivery of the technical drawing. Build: agreed milestones (typically 30% start, 40% mid, 30% completion). Maintenance: monthly in advance by direct debit or Bizum. All with invoices.

Do you handle red palm weevil in palm trees?

Yes. We apply preventive treatment (endotherapy or injection) in spring and autumn, and treat affected palms where recovery is still possible. If a palm can't be saved, we coordinate safe removal according to current regulations.
